We do our very best to get your order processed quickly. We process a large volume of orders. Orders take up to 14 DAYS to receive within the United States. If you would prefer faster service, please consider our EXPRESS delivery. International orders take 4 weeks.

Privacy is very important to us. We, we will not sell, rent, or give your name or address to anyone outside of our bank/shopping cart.

ALL ORDER ARE PROCESSED THROUGH THE US MAIL SERVICE & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THRU THE REGULAR MAIL SERVICE.

If you use our EXPRESS delivery, someone will need to sign for your package. If you feel your neighborhood is safe and ok to leave the package you can always leave a note for the postal person with your signature stating where you would like it left. We are not responsible for unattended packages. It is best to have packages delivered to places where there is someone to keep it for you until you can pick it up. If no one is home to sign for the package the package will more than likely be returned to your post office and held for 5 days to be picked up. If not picked up it will be returned to Moondance.

Please watch for a note if you are not expecting to home to sign for Express deliveries.

If you place an express order Thursday thru Sunday evening your order will be filled on the following Monday or Tuesday. We do not fill orders Thursday - Sunday.

ALL TRANSACTIONS WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF ORDERING

CANCELING ORDERS
We do not offer cash/credit card refunds. If you cancel your order before it has been processed there will be a 15% charge for early cancellation. If your order has already been shipped out you will then need to contact us at 503-528-9733 or email: moondancebellydance@yahoo.com to see if you qualify for an in-house exchange.

PAYMENT
You can pay us with a credit card by going thru our shopping cart system and filling out the necessary info or you can call or write with the info and card# and expiration.

 We accept Mastercard/Visa, Paypal, personal checks and money orders.  For orders by personal check, we will wait 14 business days for the check to clear before we send out your order.

PAYPAL ORDERS

To pay with Paypal only takes a couple of minutes to complete. Make sure to sign up for an account with PayPal at www.paypal.com beforehand. Total up your order plus shipping then go to Paypal, look for SEND PAYMENT, fill out your required info and write in comment box what items you would like, their totals including shipping and Paypal the payment to: moondancebellydance@yahoo.com. Please then send us an email letting us know you paid thru Paypal.
 

DAMAGED ITEMS
It is the responsibility of the person receiving the items to inspect them upon delivery. If anything has been damaged due to the delivery of the item, you would need to notify Moondance immediately. There are no replacements on items that have been used then damaged. It is up to the consumer to take great care of each item to ensure it to remain in optimum condition. This includes all Moondance merchandise.

CARING FOR YOUR NEW ITEMS
It is the responsibility of the person to take great care of your new merchandise. If you do not know how to correctly clean and care for your new garments and costume pieces please see your local cleaners for proper instructions. Please be sure to clean you garment once you first receive it. Do this before wearing your garment for the first time and as needed after each use. Some items may actually need spot cleaned. Please see your local cleaners for proper care of your new merchandise.

SHIPPING COSTS
If you order via the shopping cart, the shipping charges will be automatically calculated. Otherwise, look at shipping page for prices. We are not responsible for paying any customs or duties for your purchase. Most international orders will be required to pay these fees. These fees are your responsibility. We do not have pricing for these fees.
